Kasvikaapissa on kaksi osiota eli matala yläosa ja korkeampi alaosa jolloin voidaan ajatella lehvästön korkeus muuhun kuin siihen 20cm ja sit kasvikaapin leveys ~ 75 cm ledinauhan efektiivinen juoksutus lienis ylös vaikka 100-120cm.

Deflected. Got new glass cover for my lens.... Upon testing... Well, it's likely being removed. But it adds cool effects to specific #pictures, as there is a probably half mm air gap, enough for reflections.. Just not going to be good for direct light #photos .. so... Probably won't last a week.

Replaced this electric lantern in the barn with a LED projector. Much less romantic yellow light, but I can actually see something in there after dark. Also I won't have to sell a kidney whenever I forget to switch it off over night.

It's actually a pretty robust and well designed housing, so I want to restore it and eventually hang it on a lamp post somehwere, with a yellow LED bulb inside.

A dirty and somewhat rusty large lantern housing. The top is made of steel, there's a big cable gland, the bottom has a glass enclosure with a steel cage around it. It's dangling from a wire loop held by two fingers.

A thing I love about the 2020s is #LED lighting. It’s not perfect for dimming but, in most ways, nicer and more adaptable than anything before it. I remember how some people hated on the old CFLs and maybe they had a point (I loved them myself but I’m odd) but there’s nothing to moan about with LEDs. They’ve turned car indicators into a beautiful light show (ok not mine, because I’m cheap). And they use a tenth of the power of the bulbs I grew up with. That’s some serious sci-fi right there.
