I just found a wonderful article about full recordings of operas! This should help me in my search for decent materials to listen to. But these are only commercial recordings, so I will need to look elsewhere for radio ones as well as recordings that were preserved by listeners. At any rate, I was surprised by how many singers' names I recognised, all from the 1940's and earlier, of course. But there were still a good number that I didn't know and must, therefore, research. I was also surprised that Enrico Caruso appears not to have made any full-length recordings, or even large sections of a single opera. Also, Dino Borgioli wasn't mentioned, and I know he made at least two sets, that, while weren't complete, were extensive.
Opera has so many chances to spy me. Why do they consistently feed me unrelated posts on the home screen?

Okay, in 1851 the opera Rigoletto was first performed in Venice. BUT 155 years later, a Canadian film adaptation, ''Rigoletto ...in bluegrass" won Best Originality at the Bluegrass Independent Film Festival in Kentucky.
While most of the music is deliberately corny bluegrass, the Prelude and the Introduction from the original opera are performed by the Mandolin Society of Peterborough.

Czasem chciałbym dać szansę 
, lecz im więcej wpisów tego typu mi się przewija, tym bardziej nie chcę. Pamiętam czasy, jak Opera była płatną przeglądarką (żeby było ciekawiej miałem licencję na nią). Obecnie to przerośnięty chrome.
Podtrzymuję swoją myśl, że albo Firefox, albo vivaldi. Potem długo długo nic jeśli mowa o popularniejszych przeglądarkach (musi być crossatform [windows, Linux, andoird]).

Testweise #brave auf dem PC installiert, und muß gestehen, der ist einfach schneller. Werde den weiterhin testen.
Von #Opera spricht wohl gar niemand mehr ? Zu meinen Win Zeiten (vor 20 Jahren) war das mein Stamm Browser. Schade, daß die den so verhunzt haben. Auf dem Handy hatte ich ihn noch eine ganze Weile, grade zu den Anfangszeiten von #android

I liked Firefox after I left chrome, and now Vivaldi seems acceptable so far.
I don't need sync, would like extensions, and I have to be able to use external password manager.
