The first mini I've painted since my Warhammer days as a teenager is... ME!
If things go as planned, this will be part of the thumbnail for next week's video - all about how to tell stories in combat... rather than the narrative slowing to a crawl while we do maths for an hour to figure out the details
(to be clear, I love maths and TTRPG combat, but I love telling stories with my friends even more, and sometimes combat takes me away from that)
I finished painting the #adeptaSororitas Immolator! It's very green.

I looked through my mini collection and didn't see any minis that were definitely vampires, so these guys will have to do.
Painting is a little over halfway done. I'll post the finished ones later tonight.
My youngest son's Lance finally hitting the table in it's entirety down at his uni's Warhammer Club tonight. I'm pleased with the way they came out. Next lot, he can fuckin' paint.

Did get a new kid to paint his first model, a #frostrgrave wizard + companion. He did well!
Tried to 3d print sthg which failed, had to monitor all the other students but in the end I tried to quickly paint something too in new kid's palette.
My warrior is a lot worse than his Wiz!

I got a little carried away adding decals and nail art stickers to this #adeptaSororitas Dogmata proxy. But she needed that flower. It was necessary. I don't remember where I got this head, but I liked her hair.
Night Gyr in my merc colors, which I tell people is "Votoms Inspired" but really just becomes "that's a ScopeDog" when its something with a silhouette like the Night Gyr's #battletech #minipainting

I jammed my knee on the corner of the table and can't spin. So it's back to painting #adeptaSororitas minis until it stops hurting so bad.

So the grandparents picked up the kid from kindergarten today and I may or may not have spent pretty much all day just painting. A bit messier than I'd like, but the plan is to rust and dirty them up anyway so I don't mind, trusting the process! All in all, a LOT got painted today as well as last night. Next up are rust, oil washes and highlights!
