Okay, my memory is failing me. I thought I read on here this weekend about an old woman at a #Vermont protest who, instead of behaving like all the other polite white people on the sidewalk, took her walker into the street and tried to stop traffic until corralled by the local cops who gently led her back to the sidewalk. I thought this was in #Bennington, but I haven't been able to corroborate. Now I'm thinking it was #StAlbans. Help?

Apparently #Bennington #Indivisible is taking things seriously, regarding Saturday's protest.

They're having some de-escalation training later this week and participants have been told by the group that there is no interaction allowed. No yelling or even giving the finger to people who aren't happy with their presence.

I would have a hard time following those restrictions ...

Also, per the towns directive, Bennington County Indivisible will be hiring sheriffs to attend. That's wild.
