Haven't seen another lightning flash, but the skies keep rumbling, with periods of extraordinarily heavy rain fall.

One of the things I always look forward to if I travel to the East Coast in the summer is catching some thunderstorms, which almost never happen here. There's been a few late night rumbles in this series of California storms, but nothing like today. It's a rare full-on thunderstorm in the Bay Area.
