Original poster used to organize and recruit participants for Redwood Summer, a mass direct action to halt the clear-cutting of the redwood forest in Mendocino and Humboldt Counties, California. The action was supported by Earth First! and the IWW, with numerous other organizations helping to recruit and train activists (including Seeds of Peace).

Poster is a black and white photocopy with a black bar across the top and bottom with white text and a drawing in the center. The drawing is of people blocking a road protecting large redwood trees. They are holding signs that read, "Save the Ancient Forests" and "Earth First!" There is a man at the front holding his arm out to stop a large truck with "Greed Inc." on it. The poster reads in the black area, "It's been said the 90s will make the 60s look like the 50s/ This is Where the 90s Begin/ Redwood Summer 1990/ Contact: Mendocino Environmental Center, 106 W. Standley, Ukiah, CA 91986, (707) 468-1660."
