A second Palestinian Columbia University student has been arrested by DHS/ICE over the weekend.
Leqaa Kordia is from the West Bank and in any sensible world a democratic country would not deport a person to an active genocide but that appears to be what the Trump administration is set to do.
Last Thursday Columbia University began suspending and expelling students who the school suspected were involved in legal protests.
It's unclear if Kordia was expelled but ICE cited an allegedly expired student visa as the reason for her arrest.
The expulsions were in response to a Trump threat to cut federal funds to the university which account for 1/4th of the schools operating budget.
@nullagent Columbia U has already earned a paint balloon strike on the university president's mansion. They need to stop poking the bear and throwing rocks at the hornet's nest.
Otherwise we are going to have to keep stinging them until they back off.
