@DoomsdaysCW not only that, but I would also say that this is a natural variation on sex... in particular sex organs which is nobody's business but appropriate medical professionals and mutually consenting sexual partners when it involves genitalia

If I'm not mistaken that technically falls under intersex, the I in LGBTQIA...

@DoomsdaysCW so if I'm not mistaken there's something similar regarding those declared as men too?

Though I'm sure for those uninterested in children regarding sexual partners, it doesn't even matter about having testicles/ovaries...

It only would matter to those wanting to reproduce...

I know that part wouldn't really matter to me.

That the body fails to make T or does not respond to it.
