So it seems Meta/Threads are forcibly altering output of the Trans Flag emoji 🏳️‍⚧️ , to only show the two combining elements instead of the actual emoji.

This is appearing correct on the Fediverse, however on Meta, it seems they are removing an aspect of the emoji to make it combined... absolute shite.

Threads.net post from Vivian Jenna Wilson @vivllainous, testing to try and post the combined Trans Flag emoji (which from Emojipedia is: a ZWJ sequence combining 🏳️ White Flag, Zero Width Joiner and ⚧️ Transgender Symbol.). Threads however seems to remove a character that completes the sequence, showing just a White Flag emoji and the Transgender Symbol emoji.
