@Anark not through manipulative measures. Just seems like you would like to stand from a top post and maneuver folks into position so that "their behavior" can be changed. It's true that human behavior does tend to change based on its surronding. Folks tend to naturally emulate the vibe of others that around them.

To me though, this just feels like you wish to solve what you view as "problematic behavior" with "humane measures" like maneuvering people around until they learn to act in what you view is "civilized".
