It supports an huge quantity of <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/sensors" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#sensors</a>, the data read from the sensor can be filtered and manipulated, it supports a lot of <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/displays" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#displays</a> and <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/graphic" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#graphic</a> libraries! It is extremely well integrated with <a class="hashtag" href="https://social.ichibi.eu/tag/homeassistant" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#homeassistant</a> as it's the main use case. It's very flexible! I can see how I could do other little projects with this, but unfortunately it seems not to expose a standard REST Api...<br>They say the native API "is based on a custom TCP protocol using protocol buffers. You can find the protocol data structure definitions here: api.proto A Python library that implements this protocol is aioesphomeapi.", so I should be able to interface with it, but it isn't very interoperable (and it probably isn't meant to be)...

If I understand correctly, it's base-0? Are there any articles for lay-readers on it?
