ronja<p>Graphic Novels und kulturelle Aneignung </p><p>Kulturelle Aneignung ist für mich ein ziemlich blinder Fleck. Ich wüßte wahrscheinlich nicht wie ich mit so einem Vorwurf umgehen würde. <br />Birgit Weyhe macht es öffentlich und teilt mit mir als Leserin was sie fühlte als sie hörte, dass ihr Graphic Novel &quot;Madgermanes&quot; kulturelle Aneignung ist. Das finde ich sehr mutig und in ihrem neuen Graphic Novel &quot;Rude Girl&quot;, über das Leben von Priscilla Layne, geht sie noch einen Schritt weiter. Sie fragt Layne, eine Professorin und person of color aus den USA, immer um Feedback. Dieses Feedback ist Teil des Graphic Novels über das Leben van Layne. Layne gibt übrigens nicht nur Feedback, sondern sie erzählt die Geschichte auch teilweise weiter. <br />Ich finde es sehr gelungen wie Wehye und Layne mit kultureller Aneignung umgehen. Für mich ist Wehye die erste Autorin, die sich so offen und konstruktiv mit diesem Thema auseinander setzt.</p><p>Frage an das Mastodon: Kennt ihr noch andere lesenwerte Bücher oder hörenswerte Podcasts zum Thema kulturelle Aneignung?
