As part of the deal, the company said the site will be turned into the state’s first <a href="https://kolektiva.social/tags/RenewableEnergyPark" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>RenewableEnergyPark</span></a> that host <a href="https://kolektiva.social/tags/solar" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>solar</span></a> power and battery storage systems. The company also said it would shutter Schiller Station in Portsmouth in December 2025.
