The plea agreement calls for dishonorable discharge and no jail time. The judge approved the plea agreement, but had not addressed his sentencing yet.

Well, looks like the leaked #Pentagon files that became widely known in April, those released by #JackTeixeira on #Discord, didn't eliminate US intelligence capabilities inside of the #WagnerGroup.
Im so sick of the Espionage Act being used against American citizens. These leaks are not meant as espionage, not meant to give foreign entities information, but to help Americans know wtf is going on in our own government. Im not saying leakers shouldnt be charged, but I am saying they should not be charged with, through or under, the Espionage Act that was drafted amd meant to punish actual spies. Aaaand... the leaker has been arrested, 21-year-old #JackTeixeira of the #Massachusetts #AirNationalGuard. He thought he'd just share all this neato stuff to which he had access with his racist gaming pals, hoping what he was doing wouldn't leak from there. It did work for around a year, but then the files got out much further.
