Monica S.<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mstdn.social/@J_T" class="u-url mention">@<span>J_T</span></a></span> for me there was a need to make alotta changes. some acceptance (that i’m different & sensitive &not normal (or broken)), some social (leave a relationship), some behavioral (stick to a schedule,meditate,breathwork), some temporal (be in nature, do work that has purpose).
