molly in missouriI have found a way to divert $200+/- each month away from my own use to be available to buy ingredients to make a one-meal-per-day full nutrition soup/stew/goulash/casserole that i can put into disposable soup cups with lids (like for carryout) I expect to spend $10-16 per pot ( I will cook in my instant pot, I can make about eight servings per batch) It will be only me, for now. My partner is not currently able to cope with thinking about anything except pretending life is normal, and i have been there done that so trying not to hold it against him at all. We are both very-late-diagnosed <a href="https://kolektiva.social/tags/Autistic" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Autistic</a> and I am actually an <a href="https://kolektiva.social/tags/AuDHDer" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#AuDHDer</a> so we have our own issues to address every day as well.
