We had a tenant who assured us they could do all sorts of repairs/replacements to the unit in exchange for lowered rent. They are moving out later this month and now we have a upside-down door lock, a 12" rip in the siding from when they started their Weedeater next to the house (because they left it outside in the rain), a leaking broken washing machine, and absolutely no repairs made to the house besides the ones I made. I will be glad when they move out as we can finally tackle all of the trash they generated and left on the property.</p><p><a href="https://psmag.com/social-justice/confident-idiots-92793" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">psmag.com/social-justice/confi</span><span class="invisible">dent-idiots-92793</span></a></p>
