@tf Because when you were younger you weren't even close to being able to afford this magificent machine? 
@tf this is a camera I had on my want list for so long, but it's even more insane now that it is more expensive that when it was new.
@tf As Marco said, you probably couldn't afford it a few years ago! (Of course, we don't know that...)
Question: is the meter TTL? When I used rangefinders in 35mm, I liked to have a TTL meter to remind me to take the lens cap off! My GS645S is metered but not TTL, so I have to take all sorts of precautions to avoid wasting film...
