I have to drive across the country in a few weeks but I'm so scared my car is going to breakdown in the middle of the country. I have been working my butt off to gather as much money as possible to do repairs on my vehicle and I'm taking it to get serviced soon. However, I am certain it's gonna be a few hundred so I'm seeing if the mastodon community can help me out a bit to relieve stress

I get such a disgusted look on my face when liberals try to cite made-up blanket ethical rules they pulled out of their ass to try and make it look like they thought through their propositions logically. "Nobody should be harassed just on the basis of their job!" I can smell the false equivalence a mile away. You think a cop getting criticized is the same as a fast food worker getting flak for being two seconds late on an order. Pour out those crocodile tears to someone else.

I'm so anxious because I have to drive across the country FL -> CA in the upcoming month in my shitty car that may or may not break down driving. Granted, it's a nice car but I've always had car issues because I'm too poor to afford taking care of it. I wish I had more money to at least get it checked out before my mini road trip. Send me good energy please.
I don't have time to be added on to group chats for mindless conversations. If it's not about organizing I don't really care and I just wish I was more social so that I could care

Taking care of yourself and your belongings when you’re depressed as fuck is so exhausting. It shouldn’t feel like a chore to simply brush my teeth, yet it does. This system purposefully puts you down like this so that you’re obedient and so that you don’t have the energy nor will to fight for liberation.
Managers who have no experience with customer service trying to give advice on people who have full customer service experience is always baffling to me.
Very happy to announce I will be moving back across the country back to my hometown. Unfortunately it’s not a good time due to financial issues but at least I’ll be out of a bad place for the time being
It’s crazy that my coworkers, who don’t seem to be radicalized, understand that their work is being exploited. Every now and then I plant seeds that we as people have the power to do anything and to see their expressions as I tell them the powers of unionizing without saying the words “union” is amazing. People are not stupid and all it takes is some educating.

I’ve noticed on Twitter that there’s a lot of so called “communists” who spend all day talking about how everyone must read theory and that everyone should do this and that yet they don’t mention about the actual activism they do. In other words, there’s no praxis.... it’s almost like virtue signaling
Anyone know any good artists or a website where I can buy some cool ass anti-capitalist or communist stickers?! I’m trying to buy in bulk so I can pass them around and *maybe* put them in public areas for all to see
