I remember a different video where someone did a lobster in jerk sauce. Split the whole fresh thing in half and put it over wood with the spices. Came out with some of the jerk char but with the rest of the meat still sweet.

@psychoalpastor @BigJesusTrashcan @JenYetAgain@toot.site @Fullnihilism @waitworry Once I attempted half ass ceviche by soaking chopped dried mango and apricot with red onions, pickled jalapenos and juice, and cilantro overnight, and then tossing it with whitefish from the freezer section. Surprisingly good.

Some jerk prawns and coconut rice & beans... nice meal. Wash it down with some fresh ice cold lemonade (maybe spiked with Jamaican rum ).
