Is there a formal definition somewhere as to what 'affordable' means? And I hope 'liveable' is also a criterion.
@teledyn even the new developments that are not affordable are not 'liveable' because of the square footage/design. Tiny apartments filled with 'amenities' is a horrible trade off for living space.
The definition of affordable is defined by those who are in power, not by those who are burdened with the definition
I do expect you are right; once upon a time I made a t-shirt that just said 'cynic' and when folks asked if it was true, I'd say, "probably" — today they'd call me a problem teen. My parents, both problem teens, thought i might know what i was doing
But there must be an official definition somewhere, that's how governments work, lawyer types are obsessed with clarity. We might not LIKE their definition, but when it's stated, it can be changed.
