It seems like stochastic terrorism at best. And honestly it checks all the boxes for reckless disregard of human life, at a crimes against humanity level. This plus Trump's wasting two billion gallons of water in California seem calculated to cause -- maybe not famine -- higher food prices or food shortages.

@MHowell doesn't bode well for any Mars colony if Musk doesn't understand the importance of biodiversity, does it? It's the diversity part isn't it? Doesn't fit into the list of allowed words.
