Creating a unified vision of human rights and equity across the labour movement will be one of the BCFED challenges over the next two years. Language re:equity and human rights can't be crafted on the floor of convention, it requires widespread consultation and a unified vision going into convention. We learned this with our DEI initiative. We should all be ready to help the BCFED in this work. #bcfed22
