The new law in #France, banning students wearing a head scarf is an abomination and I am negatively surpriced that schools are cooperating in the implementation of it. It doesnt lead to more mutual understandingm it leads to submission, hate and segregation. It is also a very scewed interpretation of what #secularism means. Secularism would mean that the school doesnt spread religious views itself and is open tonall and gives all the same treatment and chances... This is clearly not the case. Schools should provide a safe environment for their students and workers and a place where they can be who they are (not having the right to be oppressors themselves either btw, which is obvious).
